• Social Media Data: When you connect your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other social accounts, we receive an access token. We use this to fetch your pages, read engagement metrics, and publish posts on your behalf.
• Usage Data: Information on how you interact with our platform (e.g., scheduled posts, connected accounts).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the strictly necessary purposes of providing our social media management service:

• To authenticate your identity and connect your social profiles.
• To publish, schedule, and manage content on your selected social media pages (e.g., Facebook Pages, Instagram Accounts) as explicitly requested by you.
• To display your page analytics and engagement data within your Creoex dashboard.
• To provide customer support and improve our platform.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share information in the following circumstances:

• With platform providers (like Meta/Facebook) strictly to execute the API requests (like posting a picture) that you initiate.
• To comply with legal obligations, if required by law.

4. Facebook & Instagram API Usage

Creoex uses the Facebook Graph API and Instagram Graph APIs. By authenticating your social media accounts, you grant us the permissions necessary to manage your pages. Our app strictly adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only request permissions (like pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, and pages_manage_posts) that are absolutely necessary to deliver our scheduling and publishing core features.

5. Your Choices & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data at any time. If you wish to revoke our access to your social media accounts, you can do so directly from your Facebook Settings (Settings > Security and Login > Business Integrations).
